Unified Program Regulator Directory

California law requires Cal/EPA to periodically evaluate the ability of each Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) to carry out the requirements of the Unified Program. Cal/EPA evaluates each CUPA about every three years (see evaluation schedule) using a team of staff from each state agency with Unified Program responsibilities.
