CERS EDT Services (Testing)
Regulator Authentication Test (RAT)
Allows UPAs to transmit their EDT account credentials via HTTP request header fields and confirm the account successfully can authenticate against CERS EDT Services. This endpoint is just made available as a simple testing service, and is not needed during normal EDT transactions.
