Selecting this filter will limit the facilty search results to facilities that a CUPA has flagged as a small quantity generator facilities (SQG). These are facilities that generate hazardous waste below state reporting thresholds and have no other hazardous materials above state reporting thresholds as specified in California Health and Safety Code Section 25507(a) are exempt from ongoing hazardous materials business plan and inventory reporting requirements.
